We’re are working with small, ambitious fabrication shop in Singleton, NSW, looking for a motivated fabricator to join our team. What you’ll be doing: MIG and TIG welding on light to medium fabrication projects Constructing new builds only – no heavy repairs or messy maintenance work Working in a clean, organized workshop environment Assisting with fabrication design and improvements as you grow What we offer: $53–$55 per hour depending on experience Hands-on experience with new builds and modern fabrication techniques Pathway to grow into Workshop Manager Supportive, small-team culture with room to develop skills and leadership About you: Experienced in MIG and TIG welding Skilled at reading drawings and producing high-quality welds Reliable, motivated, and willing to take initiative Ambitious and keen to grow into leadership Trade Certified If you’re ready to work in a clean shop environment, build new equipment, and develop your career toward management, we want to hear from you!
